1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that would prohibit your participation on the Platform.
• vb8com reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

By completing the registration process on vb8com, you warrant that all of the above eligibility requirements are met and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Management

Once registered, you are responsible for all activity conducted through your vb8com account. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. vb8com will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify vb8com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• vb8com staff will never request your password by any means. Any communication purporting to be from vb8com asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vb8com will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any dormancy fee is applied.
• vb8com reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, potential fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on vb8com are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may be set at the discretion of vb8com or the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. vb8com does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from unverified third-party sources.
• Deposits are typically credited within seconds. Withdrawal processing times are ordinarily within 30 minutes during BST operating hours (09:00–22:00, UTC+6), though delays may occur during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• vb8com does not charge transaction fees on mobile wallet deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own fees, for which vb8com accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits originating from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be declined and returned.
• vb8com reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vb8com offers bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific wagering requirement ("rollover"), which will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Each eligible player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once, including through multiple accounts, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player under any circumstances.

• vb8com may void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was obtained by exploiting a technical error, system vulnerability, or in combination with prohibited conduct.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

vb8com is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.

vb8com employs fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of account activity. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Funds held in suspended accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the vb8com Platform — including but not limited to the vb8com brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of vb8com or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of vb8com. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb8com shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond vb8com's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• The conduct, content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game providers integrated into the Platform, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vb8com's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

9. Responsible Gaming
